One (1) forty-five minute Yin & Restorative Yoga Class for:
- Alleviating Stress
This series of classes was designed with healing in mind. Each class will allow you to find refuge on your mat, and a place where for 45 to 60 minutes, you can focus on your inward journey. Every sequence incorporates highly meditative moments, in addition to either visualization practice, breathwork (pranayama), and/or mantra repetition. These practices will provide you an escape from the daily barrage of negative inputs ā whether from the news cycle, social media, driving in traffic, your job, your relationships, etc. The practice of yoga instills lessons on the mat that we can carry through into life, allowing us to handle stress with a less intense physical and mental reaction. With that in mind, my intention in creating this series is to allow you the opportunity to reach within, set intentions for healing, and discover those lessons that will help fortify you in your life.
You may choose to challenge yourself to taking these classes over the span of a week or two for an intensive healing process; or, space them out over several weeks and incorporate other meditation and fitness practices. Whichever you choose, I hope that you find this series supportive to your inward journey, and your physical, mental or spiritual healing.
